Our court facility is located in the Warsaw, New York, which is the County Seat.  The Commissioner of Juror's Office is located on the first floor of the New Courthouse at 147 North Main St, Warsaw, NY.  The phone number is (585) 786-8756 and the fax number is (585) 786-2818.  Normal business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  (The office is closed on all State and Federal Holidays).
