Juror Information
The first step in becoming a Niagara County Juror is the completion of a juror qualification questionnaire.  To be an eligible candidate for jury service in Niagara County, you must meet all the criteria as follows: 1.) You must be a resident of the county; 2.) You must be a citizen of the United States; 3.) You must be at least 18 years of age; 4.) You can have no felony convictions, and; 5.) You must be able to understand and communicate in the English language.

Once qualified, your name remains active for 18 months and you could be called to serve any time within that time frame.  You will receive an official juror summons with specific instructions regarding your service.  Be sure to read it carefully and follow all the important details that are outlined for you.  You will call our recorded message before you appear to serve.  By taking the time to call and listen to the recording, you may save many trips to the court house and you may find that it will eliminate many hours of unnecessary travel to the courts.
